Satisfied overall but 1 item was missing

Parcel arrived in a week which was great. I was happy with everything i ordered. Only complaint is that one item was missing from the package, thankfully it only costed a pound so no big losses. Apart from that im satisfied with my order and the service

Blaming Me For Their Mistake.

Terrible service and very dishonest people. Wish I could rate zero stars or negative stars.

They posted my item to the wrong country despite the fact I gave them my correct address multiple times during the ordering and payment process. Their website showed my address as Ireland instead of Northern Ireland but I had no way to change it. They then tried to charge me postage for a second time to resend my item even though it was their fault it got posted wrong. I have asked for a full refund of all costs twice and they haven't responded. As a result of this I have contacted Consumer Advice UK for legal help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The shipment was made and it arrived refused (we sent you the proof of the refused order).

When you entered your address you indicated that you were from Ireland, but your location is actually Northern Ireland, so you must pay VAT for your shipment as you are from the United Kingdom.

We sent the order to the correct address and the agency told us that your order was refused (we sent you the tracking number and a photo of the label).

Not what happened

What a joke this experience has been, from start to finish, wrong item sent, messed about and all the events written in the reply not as fact. this makes out the Purchaser ( me ) to be in the wrong........ Be careful using this company and don't expect any solid help in sorting out your problems just ways to get out of there responsibility's with no care....

I had ordered a gaming chair

I had ordered a gaming chair, from the date of order i have chased to get information on my delivery. when the chair was delivered i had to pay an import duty which was not mentioned, but my fault i didn't think. when the parcel was delivered i opened to find the wrong chair was sent, when i contacted them to say this was the wrong chair i ordered, sorry about that... the one you want is no longer in stock so we just sent you one you didn't order..... no date for stock to come in and tuff luck... this was a Christmas gift and has now left me with something i didn't want.. im chasing for a partial refund for the difference between the two chairs. this company has been difficult to deal with, they are not interested they have messed me about and are dragging to refund me the difference and duty. I am emailing them 4 times a day nothing..... they are just the worst company to deal with never again... do not use discozul.. they are the worst.. un helpful and not interested in the paying customer. this has now been 4 weeks and still not resolved.

It is true that the wrong product was sent from the original warehouse and we informed you that the one you ordered was not in stock and that if you did not want the one you received we would pick it up and refund your money.

You decided to keep the product and if a partial refund was made between the 2 products, I recommend that you check your bank account.

We have always answered your emails and tried to give you the best solution.

Bank account withdrawal

Very bad!
They cancel my order in the Black Friday saying that the vendor doesn’t have stock but on the discoazul website they say In Stock and will be delivered in 24h/48h.
They debt my bank account without sending the goods. After several emails, and 2 weeks after I received the credit in my bank account. I do not recommend this website.
