Back in November, I bought an Oeno Vaccum and wash cleaner and the Vaccum part broke off during use . Since it was under warranty, I took it in for repairs but was informed that it most probably not hold up for the warranty since it was tampered with as a part was glued together . I explained that since it was still under warranty I had no need to glue it if it broke and was indeed sold on this manner . No resolution so far and would not recommend this shop.

I bought a Aeno robot vacuum and floor wash for 250 euro. It broke after using few times. Although still under quarantine I had to pay to get it fixed. Apparently it was corroded after 2 months after buying. If a floor cleaning robot gets corroded after a few uses then the machine was faulty from the beginning. Be careful buying this product or expensive products from this store as the quarantine might not be valid.

I totally do not understand the low rating people have given Direct Vision. I am just a common customer who has however always been greeted and helped out very well.

Great products, and over the years, I have enjoyed buying and using the products.

Not happy that i was charged for a repair within 9 months of the purchase. They issue their own limited warranty in contravention of EU Consumer law. Then after reluctantly paying for repair....they wrote another limited warranty on the repair part. Regret ever going in there. Never again.

Took my mobile phone in as it was not charging with only 2 weeks since I got it . Direct vision had the mobile looked at and found out that the phone had a factory default and issued me with a brand new mobile. What better service can you get then that. Well done Direct Vision.

I ordered a mobile on line since their shops were closed for Summer Shutdown. The mobile was delivered in less than 24hrs

On line ordering was relatively straight forward. The follow up was excellent and the service in store was equally good. Great product selection, knowledge and good prices too! So all in all a positive experience so far. I can only imagine that their after-sales service is equally positive.

I must say that I ordered a mobile in the morning and it was delivered in a few hours time. Staff was very helpful since this was my first time using the website to purchase a mobile well done. Very satisfied customer

I've been seeking for a highly rated mobile shop in Malta for ages until I found DirectVision.
