If i could leave a 0 star review i would. As I was blind sided by there calls and offered advertisement they are quick to take money but will not respond. Or call back. Trying to get a refund is impossible DO NOT USE THIS PLACE RUN!!!!
Horrible company. They continuously call you even after you have asked them to take you off their calling list. If you block their number they begin leaving messages. I am so sick of hearing from these people and wasting my time. Huge scam buyer beware.
My experience was very similar do the others I see on here. Very pushy, but once they have your money they treat you like garbage. In fact, they even tried charging my credit card again less than a year later, even before the ad I had paid for already wasn't published yet! And I had already paid for an ad for three years. Thankfully my credit card company stopped it.
This place is a joke. Negative stars if I could. Their initial sales people are pushy and rude. Namely David. If you don’t accept his update he hangs up on you. I paid 5 months ago with no result. Many emails and calls telling me it would be printed next week and they needed the art asap. Then promise after promise that it’s happening. 5 months later they refuse to give a refund because “it fits into their terms and conditions.” So they made me wait so long with empty promises now I can’t get a refund. Talking with Savannah, she was nice at first then turned absolutely nasty if I call back and asked for a refund again after more time lapsed. I asked her to stop talking to me disrespectfully. She said I never got promises from other associates as if she had been there listening. Which she wasn’t. She was discounting. Rude, clearly exasperated with me for me being frustrated. I was given extra time to be in the ad after my last call but I just wanted my money back. Not an additional year of ads that I was not sure would ever print but they offered nothing else so what else could I do but take it? She said it will be printing in a couple weeks now but I am hesitant to believe it. All in all, my experience and the experience of someone i referred to them has been nasty and a fight every step of the way. We just want our money back and to be done with them but they won’t allow it. So we cant go away but to talk to them is degrading and disrespectful. The terms never said it could take 5 months to get to print. Nowhere. Especially with guarantees that it was printing soon after we paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A FIGHT AND NON STOP FRUSTRATION AND DISRESPECT. They don’t care if you are frustrated. They won’t help you. They won’t refund you. I feel tricked. They said different courses order at different times but I was told it was happening in June. It is now November. This is false advertising and their terms apparently protect them from honesty
From the very beginning, this experience was a disaster wrapped in fake professionalism. Everything sounded polished and reliable at first, but the moment the deal was sealed, all that so-called organization vanished. Communication collapsed completely- questions were ignored, updates were delayed, and not a single promise was kept. It quickly became clear that the only thing that mattered was getting the sale, not delivering what was promised. When problems came up, no on took responsibility. It was a constant runaround with no answers and no accountability. The lack of follow-through showed just how little the company values its customers.
