You discovered that the nearest florist to us had closed. You offered a courier service for my wife's birthday the following day. I was pleased that you managed to recover the situation in that the Post Office delivered the flowers from Aberdeen (we live in the Highlands on the Caithness/Sutherland border). I'm afraid the flowers have deteriorated quickly - I was disappointed.

The ordering was straight forward and very efficient. It was all done online and emails for confirmation of purchase and delivery were regularly sent.
I chose a basket of flowers for my dad, so he wouldn’t need a vase. He said they were lovely, but I have to take his word for that as I didn’t see the delivered flower arrangement.
