Excellent customer service
I made my first order with Dipsoda just after Christmas. It was for a case for my new iPod pros. I ordered the case from the Stella range.
Delivery was quick, but unfortunately they had sent the wrong design case.
I contacted Dipsoda, and a very helpful member of the team “Emily” apologised and promised to send out the correct one.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. The response was quick, and she was true to her word, and sent out the correct designed case within days.

I absolutely love my new phone case…
I absolutely love my new phone case from Dispoda. It’s beautiful, original design, colourful, functional, hard wearing and fits my iPhone 14 perfectly. It looks and feels luxurious and well worth, what I would consider a bargain price, for such a well made and unique phone case.
I have been purchasing Dispoda cases for four years now and they never disappoint. Their customer service is outstanding, with quick responses and immediate solutions to any issues I may have had. Postage is quick and simple and if you did need to return, they make the process simple and smooth.
This is the only shop I would buy my phone cases from now and with the variety of designs, there is something for everyone.

Bad quality colours fade quickly
Bought a phone case. It arrived as a different shade to what was advertised. They replaced it really fast but within 2 months the colour had faded and the phone case was such bad quality. Emailed 3 times to try get it replaced / give them feedback and have been ignored. Such a shame.

Dirty/Used AirPod Case
Air pod case was really dirty inside, looked like it has been used as had grime in all the crevices. Contacted customer services 4 days ago and not heard a thing back.

They have such a great range of designs, really is something for everyone, and they’re just the right price ranges- not ridiculously expensive! My phone feels so protected and so nice to hold; appreciated being able to choose the level of protection of the case. Just love it!

Yes, our rubber phone cases do not work with wireless charging or anything that requires a wireless connection, due to the aluminium plate in the phone case on which the design is printed. This is explained on each rubber phone case product page. Our snap and impact phone cases work absolutely fine with wireless charging and anything that requires a wireless connection, such as NFC tags. Thanks, Sophie.
Stylish and quality phone case
I bought a new Samsung s23 ultra so wanted a good quality and stylish case. The one I ordered from Dipsoda was exactly that. I love it. And it arrived very quickly

Love it!
This phone case is one of the best I've had. So many designs to chose from. Mine looks fantastic and you can feel it is quality. The extra membrane inside makes my phone extra secure and the case does not feel flimsy.
Not a cheap case but looks and feels expensive. Over the moon with it and would buy again.
Revised 5/2/24 - one fall on laminate floor and case snapped at camera area. It is very thin at that area. Still goes round phone but will cone apart over time

Case was great initially
Case was great initially, however within months of use the design began to significantly lighten in patches were I touch my phone frequently, to the point where the design detail has disappeared completely. Customer service were dismissive and then stopped replying. Very disappointed won't be a customer again.
