Just a total waste of time and rude and unhelpful customer service. Their new website doesn’t work. Have been contacting them over and over with zero help. Was told to email in screenshots of my issue, which I did. Had zero response. When I finally got through to a person days later they told me it was my problem and refused to send me my payslips which legally they are required to do. Absolutely disgusted with this company. They even had the gall to try and tell me they had called me back previously, but I have zero missed calls from them or voice messages. Absolute farce.

AVOID AT ALL COST
was made redundant and ocean took down their websites and cut their phone lines so I was unable to contact them
Was never given my pay I was owed and was lied to repeatedly

Recently applied for a telesales position with Ocean. Within a day I was contacted by the fantastic Kirsty, who went through my CV with me and allowed me to express my motivations in a considered way. She then made me aware of a role that was right up my alley in an ideal location and got the ball rolling and confirmed an interview for me almost immediately.

I received handy tips for the interview and Kirsty clearly knew the company well, passing on lots of advice.

Had my interview yesterday which i felt fully prepared for in no small part because of the support I received, and today I have my offer!

With regards to my recent Application for a CSA Position in Newcastle Upon Tyne, I thought Sarah CEO & Emma PA to Sarah, both from Ocean Consulting, were both Excellent with me, given I now believe they were sincere in their efforts in obtaining the position for me, however basically the employer I believe now were not sincere to me, hence they should have given me the benefit of the doubt when I could not start on the start date and time they offered me, due to me not being well at the time, hence they did not give me another start date and time bearing in mind both Sarah and Emma would have, and tried sincerely in doing so, hence the client should be ashamed of themselves. In summary I would still recommend both Sarah and Emma to any one looking for work, as I have the utmost respect for both. Garry From Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The experience was excellent the whole way througth. Elliott was very helpful and very informative.

Kirsty at the Reading Branch was nothing but outstanding through my entire hiring process. She gave me tips and pointers while also keeping in contact consistently throughout. She never once made me feel a burden even after many phone calls and I always felt I could approach her no matter the query.
