My friend put in disrepair claim last year had no updates sent numerous emails and calls and not a word or a update from company they have not responded to friend asking for a update at all if looking for a solicitor I think twice about using this company absolutely shocking how they treat clients
Now put in Complaint wonder if they will respond to that ...

I would like to tell the truth about this law firm for the guidance to avoid them and how they catch new clients. There are commission agents sitting on FB to take new case of landlord disrepair. Once the case gone in the hands of Din solicitors they will ask your details and IDs to confirm and send you an agreement to sign. A trainee solicitors or file handler will send few emails and then nothing will happen. No response no action and your case will be thrown in bin. You will be forgotten.

Even though my claim for personal injury could not go through as I ran out of time, Richard Whitaker tried his best to take on the case, due to certain circumstances we ran out of time. Putting that aside, Richard was the only lawyer I found who listened to what had happened to me and the nature of my injury, I found him to be a great listener with excellent communication skills, which I have experienced being very hard to find, as lawyers just dismissed me as the case was too complex for them. I always think a good lawyer shines above all who has the skills and experience of dealing with complex cases.

I would not hestitate approaching him again if I would need a lawyer or recommending him to others, as I was faced with a very rude and abrupt lawyer initially at the outset of my case who dissolved all chances of my case going forward accusing me of exaggerating and most importantly dismissing me from telling the truth. Hence falling victim to a serious lifelong injury without a voice to be heard. Believe me it is not a pleasant experience to go through when you are coping with the injury and having to prove yourself aswell, these kinds of cases needs immediate action by lawyers to retrieve evidence, left any later it allows the defendants to get out of it.

I found Richard Whitaker to be very approachable and reasonable person indeed, showing empathy and understanding the person he is dealing with seems to be his greatest strength.

Joke of a company worst customer service I’ve encountered. Sadia is my appointed solicitor and I can barely get an update from her I call and they tell me she’s wfh and to email her but she never replies. Rude staff hang up the phone on me this morning. Don’t use them if you want your case to be settled
