Ding is safe. Never experienced a problem so far

Like I wrote in my earlier review. . Easy communication. I’ve used Ding often in the past with my old telephoone even though my email and address remain the same my main pilot was EasyTop, when I was told that EasyTop was closing I still continued to use it but these past few months I’ve been experiencing road blocks when I tried to put the payments through. So now my trustpilot is Ding

Before DING was Ding!

Since I was in college I have been using this platform. Back then it was pink. It wasn't named Ding then... through its 3 name changes and three color changes or so I have used this platform, and it has not once let me down.

I wish I could put zero stars

I wish I could put zero stars, on July 12th I did a transaction with Ding, the money was taken from account and up to today the top up was not done to the correct téléphone number if the receiver. I have reached out to Ding many time requesting a refund or for the top up to be added to the receivers phone. Knowing the loyal customer I am to Ding I feel cheated and am so disappointed with the service. The none communication and no one interested to help to fix this issue is not good for your brand. I would like my refund or the receiver to receive tge top up I sent. This is not fair to a loyal customer like myself.

Please don't use ding top up

Today ding sending me a mail and they say we are fixed your problem. But I checked still no have my internet packet. Last 4 days same talk. They still telling me ok ok we gonna fixed. And they still don't want to back my money. İ think they are lier.

Terrible exchange rate (USD to Guarani)

Terrible exchange rate from USD to Guarani. We are talking more than 30% loss when toping up with ding.com. That is scam.
