Her “move” seems to be to put the house on the market and then take off the market, put back on and lower the price for attention. Check her previously sold houses!
After we had a showing, she told us on the phone that she made a “mistake” with the price and its actually the higher price.
Takes house off market, puts back on to put pressure on the buyer. We were very interested in the house, but we are not interested in this way of selling. Also she didn’t contact us anymore after we mentioned we were very interested and talking to the bank. Few days after that she took the house off market, without calling us if we wanted to bid.
Which was the point we gave up, even though shortly after we got green light from the bank. Didn’t seem she really wanted to sell the house.
Saw that she put house back on market and took it off again after that.
Wouldn’t trust her to sell my house.
