iPad bought. Exactly as described and here in ten days including weekends. Even included a plug adaptor so above and beyond what I imagined. Would definitely use again and highly recommended.

Very poor. I haven’t received my parcel which was purchased for Mother’s Day from the website. Everytime I ask for a refund on my product which I have been waiting for months now they send me the same email over and over again. Getting absolutely nowhere and now going through trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE PLEASE.

Ordered an iPad from their website and everything came as advertised. Very happy with my purchase and managed to save over 100 pounds with DimPrice.

I would NOT recommend this company at all, I bought a pair of beats headphones October the 28th, was told they were sent out, delivery company delivered them to someone els with no photo or address, yodel accepted responsibility and would lease with dimprice, ok dimprice and them emailed … however until this day all I get is a response of sorry to hear about the issue we’re looking into it that’s all I get, no phone number, no names nothing, I feel between the two as yodel said they only keep 3 months worth of proof they can’t help I’ve lost a bit of money as this was a present I’ve said il try legal action again it’s a sorry we’re looking into it…. I still want a response and a result … I do NOT recommend this company or yodel stay away from both this is a situation where no one wants to talk once they have your money again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I got a top quality item at a lower quality price. Arrived quickly. Would buy from again.

Everything went well. Website easy to use. Package was tracked the whole way to me. Product is good with no issues.

Brought a Samsung 5smart watch it came and was ok only thing was in Chinese so looked on utube anc changed it exactly as described genuine cart fault the company fast service would buy again from them

I ordered headphones from but quickly realised that I wanted to return them as they were not right for me.
What attracted me to the company was the website's promise of FREE RETURNS.
this is not true at all. They tried to persuade me to keep the headphones by offering a tiny discount of £8 which I refused.
I paid £147.39 for the Sony WF_1000XM4 headphones in March 2023 but my refund was only £80.39. The small print claims this as their handling charge.
This is outrageous and unfair. DO NOT BUY FROM DIMPRICE unless you agree to their heavy handling charges.

I ordered a pair of Sony wf-1000xmf4 earbuds as they were a fraction of the price of elsewhere. After reading the reviews I was sceptical but took a punt with the safety net of being able to claim against my credit card if it all went wrong.
As others have said, The internal tracking provided by Dimprice is sketchy. Each stage of their internal process from receiving the order to dispatch seemed to take exactly a day.
The tracking seemed to stop being updated after 8 days and there were no more updates until 16 days after placing the order. At that point Dimprice’s internal tracking was replaced with a tracking number for Yodel. From that point in everything progressed quickly.

I finally got my headphones 19 days after placing my order, despite the stated expected delivery time being 6-14 days.

They arrived in a small Jiffy bag which was a little under packed, but are exactly as described and I’m very pleased.

As others have said, delivery is slow, but they were over £70 cheaper than the high street.

Wasnt 100% after reading the comments, but decided to go ahead and ordered a galaxy s22 was a great price and great memory, said it could take up to 16 days to receive wasn't tht bothered as I still had my own phone, it arrived within a week everything was fine, set up the phone with no issues . Would order from here again everything went smoothly phone going well very happy so thanks again. 👍

Ordered Apple AirPods Pro , they said they where out of stock even tho the website says they were in , couldn’t give me any idea on league time asked for the more expensive ones and pay the difference, was told to cancel the order and re order waste of time, and to top it off they refunded me £4.99 short when it’s there fault

It appears that their devices and products are not fit for purpose and will very soon fail or be faulty.This Company is knowingly selling devices that are out of UK and EU jurisdiction so any Manufacturer Warranty is void.Own warranty is obsolete with very vague T&Cs and warranty literature. It appears they will charge you for "inspection fees" and vaguely quote over 3 months repair times that are not only ridiculous but are not stated anywhere on their website.No physical address just a mailing address, They have no CS telephone number so you're at their mercy if they respond to your email or not and if they do its from a generic bot with no name and repetitive response without actually addressing the issue with item( probably tactics to exhaust you so you go away) , the list goes on and am sure more will be uncovered. My firm is reaching out to people to collate personal experiences for proceedings and we are starting a socials page to follow this mystery if you are interested. I hope you read this before purchasing any Item from Dimprice. I am surprised they have been left to trade this long without intervention but I suppose no one's really taken a close look into their "just about balancing on a legal tight rope" kind of trading.

Was worried that this was a scam site but no - it is genuine. Great discount for a pair of Airpods Pro. Although they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the saving was worth the wait. They give you a tracking number so you can follow your purchase's progress from Lord knows where!
