Ok so real talk, I worked here and I gotta put y'all on. This place ain't it. The owner Joy be on some whole other level type behavior like straight up erratic, screaming on the phone drunk with no warning, no chill at all. Micromanaging so hard it's giving "I don't trust nobody" energy, and it just creates this whole culture of fear instead of anybody actually being accountable. And don't even get me started on Aletha in HR who has a inappropiate relationship with the owner. People straight up scared to go to HR here like genuinely believe if you file a complaint it's gonna come back on you and you get fired. That's not a vibe, that's a red flag the size of the Bay Bridge. Pay ain't matching the work they asking for either, not even close. And the turnover? Sheesh. Ask anybody who's worked here how many people they done seen come and go it's a revolving door fr fr. If you thinking about applying here, go in with your eyes wide open and keep receipts on everything. Just being real with you.
