I am so pleased I decided to send my cassette tape to Digital Converters as they have been excellent to deal with. I was very nervous about sending the tape away as it was of my dear late Dad singing folk songs, and I was very worried it might get lost. However I was also worried if I did nothing the tape would degrade and I might lose his singing forever. After some research I chose Digital Converters and I am so glad I did.
The website explained everything clearly and so I posted the cassette to them. I received an email when they had got it, which I thought was a nice touch and showed how much they appreciate the value of what has been sent to them. I have now received the tape back together with a USB stick and I have been able to listen to my Dad again. I am so grateful to this company who have a very caring ethos, as well as doing a great job. Highly recommended and a wonderful service.

Oh my goodness these guys are amazing. Sean and the team brought so much happiness to my aged Mother as she was able to watch her wedding over again. Something none of us thought possible. The quality is good and their service is simple to use and effective. Thank you

Amazing service. We sent them 13 (unlucky for some!) tapes to convert for us and they did it brilliantly with a quick and quality service. We received everything back within a week and have been watching film of our children growing up since birth. We’ve not seen this for years and it was fantastic to see. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Digital Converters and would use them again if we needed to. Brilliant company!

I couldn't be more delighted with this service. I sent some DVDs for conversion to a streaming format. While the average time for processing is said to take about a week, I had full results in four days. I now have the footage downloaded cosily in my Google Cloud Drive. Excellent work!

Absolutely fantastic, sent a video off with my mum on which I was so scared to send off as its the only thing I have off her. They let me know it had arrived and also told me once it was done and again to say it's on its way back. They managed to get it working and copy it to dvd and usb with amazing quality. I am extremely happy with it and would recommend to everyone to use. They are fantastic and great communication throughout the process. Thank you again so much.

My dad who died in 2019 had made old film on 7" reels and 3" reels from the 1970,s . My sister had them laying in her house since them so I got the of her and sent them across to get converted. Arrived back and seen today for the first time in years. My wife passed away in 2011 so it was great to see her in her youth and also my kids their cousins. uncles and antie's and lots lots more even my grannie and granda. lots of greats memorys. Digital converters done a great job thank you. Just ordered extra copies to send to rest of family.

For over 15 years i have been stressing how to convert my young motherhood videos of my babies. I had a 20 year old Sony camcorder which held mini discs for recording. In the old days it was no problem with a DVD player, but as the years went on i grew anxious that these memories of my babies would disappear.
I looked online but i was hesitant to trust my precious discs to a random website.
Years passed, and then Digital Converters caught my eye. They made the whole process sound easy and i trusted them instinctively.
Anyway long story short, Digital Converters have been wonderful. They looked after my media with delicacy and care.
So wonderful to see my babies again.

For over 20 years, I've been thinking of getting our old camcorder footage transferred. I had no idea what was on the tapes if anything. Digital Converters provided a fantastic service. The quality is excellent, communication and updates really good. Not being tech savvy, they were extremely helpful on the phone and by email even before I sent the tapes. There's a great choice for everyone's needs. I would highly recommend this company, they provided a fantastic service.

I had been meaning to get my parents' wedding video converted to digital for some time, but I was struggling to find a service that could provide a downloadable link instead of putting it on a memory stick or DVD.

Initial order through the website is very easy and clearly explained. Posting was straightforward to organise, again all explained and handled through website. Postman brought label to me. No having to print out postage label or take down post office.

Quality of converted film and slides is excellent.
Any conversion issues were explained very clearly - there was only one, where the 1 film had originally been double exposed (used twice).

Turnaround was really fast. Just a week to send, be processed and available online.

This is the second time I have used Digital Converters. The first time was flawless, both in terms of quality of conversion of some naff (ruined) Video tapes and the communication process. This time, I didn't recieve the usual email communications, so slightly concerned, I used their contact form. I was literally telephoned inside 5 minutes, with apologies and an explanation, and the required stick and old tapes arrived shortly after. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
