Digistore24 using AI of Bill Gates to cheat ppl
I fell for a long video featuring Bill Gates for a cognitive supplement. Less than 10 min after purchase I noticed a second unauthorized purchase and immediately emailed them to cancel the order and call them on their fraud. I mentioned Gates and they quickly assured me there was no connection. They offered me further discounts on more products and a discount on my original and the fraudulent purchase bc they were so sorry for my inconvenience of being charged nearly $500 for a scam. I have repeatedly requested to cancel and have my money returned but they insist that in that brief less than 10 min window they had already processed my order. I have asked my bank to get involved with at least the fraudulent portion of the order.

Made what I thought was a one time purchase, only to be sent an email with a subscription for double the amount!!!
After many, many mails supplying purchase details (email, order nr, etc), I realise all I receive are automated messages.

Great Customer Service
I signed up with this company to discover that it is affiliate marketing. They aided the learning curve with tools and training that assisted. Yet still it wasn't what I was expecting. The task are simple enough and I see how simple the system is to use. My current life doesn't align with this method so I had to cancel and request a return of my investment. Customer support was quick to respond, offering solutions and options to assist with my request which surprised me by how fast they responded. I ultimately decided not to continue forward and the agent named "Queen" was my final contact. She was sincere in her support and completed my request without delay. I am grateful for her help and for the company. Should I be ready in the future to try again, this is a company I world return to.
