True to their refund promise …
I requested a refund and it was issued immediately. They did what they said with a full refund policy. It was not because the product was bad, it was simply I thought it was a one time payment, not a monthly payment of which I cannot afford. So the other one time purchases from them have been great. I definitely like this company. Thumbs up to their customer service department!
