Maybe I spoke too soon. I’m hoping someone will be able to reach out and assist me. My printhead completely stopped working and my whites are no longer coming through.
DTF Printers are a hassle and there are pros and cons when it comes to this machine. It’s only been a month so I am hoping something can be done.

Excellent comunication, fast delivery and always accurate orders. Have to be honest, website a little confusing sometimes, maybe because i have an old printer and some parts are not being produce, but they mannage to get my request. A great online source for printer parts…
A great online source for printer parts with competitive pricing. I also found the shipping costs for sending to UK from the EU quite reasonable and I had some spare parts in a few days.
I have also bought some DTF Ink which I am about to try and again the pricing is better than UK suppliers with the ink also made in the EU rather than Asia.
The only negative is the shipping agent UPS who were not easy to contact when I had errors being thrown up on my tracking as they apparently had an error with my address - which there wasn't.
