ZERO Communications from Digipart and ICHome Technology Co.
I placed an order with Digipart on May 18th, 2026 (no payment was needed yet -- query only for order), and they emailed with an automatic response that was set up with this text: "Thank you for using DigiPart. Your RFQ has been sent to:
ICHome Technology Co.,Limited (emails are implied here)
A copy of the RFQ is showed below. You may receive reply from above company soon.
You may check tips for buyers." After 4 business days, I emailed back with a follow up email asking about my order and that I hadn't heard anything. Still no answer. I waited another 13 days with no communication or attempt at communication before I emailed back explaining that I have an obligation to leave this review for them so that others do not waste their time, and that I found the product I was looking for at iButtonLink.com, which was a night and day difference between customer service provided and timely shipping as well. Just as a reference, I did not receive any communications from ICHome Technology Co during the duration of this massive problem.
I will also be leaving an identical review to this one for ICHome Technology's attachment on this website as well so that it is posted for both companies. Thank you for reading my review!
