AWFUL, awful `service`.. read on
I have used this company many times on and off for over a year, and yesturday my patience finally flipped with them.
Before you ask , if its so awful why use them for a year
Ill explain.
I usually have credit on my mobile but theres sometimes im out of credit and need to ring a friend, so for that purpose ill log onto skype, as it lets you dial 0800 toll free access numbers, and then use a cheap calling card for that purpose.
I have had many problems with digicalling card, i must have ordered about 10 times from the last year and only 8 of them went smoothly.
They say you get your pin immediatly that is a lie, the first two occasions i bought from them despite entering my full details correctly it took overnight for me to get the pin the next day
the next few times it was okay, and then on the fifth occasion there was a one hour delay, on the 6th it didnt turn up at all till i emailed support, then the 7th and 8th time was okay.
Hower the 9th and 10th times came yesturday, i urgently needed the credit i bought a 1 pound voucher thinking ill use the freephone number via skype, and low and behold the card doesnt have a freephone access number anymore.. i immediatly complained to digi cards saying you should not advertise it with a bloody freephone number if it doesnt use freephone, as youll find many people using this site dont have credit in the first place which is WHY THEY ARE BUYING THE CARD
They told me thats not their problem as its a working pin/ card.
I huffed and gruffed and then bought another card and guess what this pin didnt work at all. Their response? our techincal team are open on monday, email them.
Ugh, and there is no close account section on their site, but i am done with them, ill be buying a 1 pound calling card monthly from my local newsagent.
