Stay away from them

Stay away from them. Worst customer service, phone does not work and you can not reach them and pin does not work took the money from my account still.

I am still waiting fir my pin as apparently someone has used it and I bought it as a new lyca pin. Never use them!!!!!!

Steer clear of them

Steer clear of them! I purchased a calling card and the pin did not work. I called the customer service line and no one picked up. The live chat function is a fake as you cannot click to access it.

I finally sent them two messages and no response.

That is not the way to conduct a business and I am very disappointed with them.

Please do not use these fools.

I have purchased calling cards, and they do not work,even the customer service numbers on the cards are not in service.
Digi 📞.. Say they have online customer support but that's false.. You have to email them.
I purchased lyca topup as my relative was sick... Voucher was not available until the next day when I contacted them..I still had to email. Fools cannot even reorganise the faults in their services..and this happened like twice.
I asked for a compensation... Rather than giving you a similar product... They suggest you download an app that suits them.
Please if you have an emergency... Just walk to the shops...but do not use these fools.
Am still waiting for my topup up to now...

Service level improving but still room for excellent Customer service

I have been using this service to send call credit direct to friends and family members for over 4 years and the service has been good. Most times I receive an alert on my phone that it has been delivered and also get a confirmation from the receivers as well. Though, a recent experience I had about 2 months ago wasn't very good as the credit wasn't delivered and yet I was charged for it. I called the customer service team and the staff attitude was poor and she didn't believe me, insisting the credit was delivered but I had to call back again( rather than the company calling me) and emailed them while I was in Nigeria and finally, it was ratified. So, for service, I award them 3 stars but none for Customer service. However, I believe the customer level can still be improved with right staff and training too. The last experience was a one-off for me that I almost make up my mind not to use them any longer. I have recommended them before and would still do but hope not to disappointed again. Bad customer service; to them, the customer is insignificant.

Purchased a top up which was to be credited to a number in Nigeria. The top up did not deliver. I complained and they insisted that it did. I told them that it did not deliver, and as I have been utilising their service consistently since 2009 without much incident, I had no reason to be false. They insisted that they were right. In the end, I was charged and the deliver was not done- even though I suggested a new number on a different network! This is poor. Service should primarily be for the customer and not for the company- at least this is what is generally accepted.

Do not buy £5 cards

If i buy £5 cards they will gave me 125 minutes and every disconnecting i make during my calls i will lose lots of minutes, strange and weird.
I spoke only 40 minutes first time and they reduced 60 minutes!!

Terrible Customer Service & Failed Top-Up

I would strongly advise against using this company. Bought a top-up for my fathers phone in Sri Lanka and it never arrived on his mobile. Contacted customer support who were rude and very unhelpful. Called the customer support telephone number and got no answer. Left a message but no call back. Sent an email and had no reply.
Do yourself a favour an don't use them. I learned the hard way and it cost me £12 for the privilege.

TOPUP unsuccessful

I've TOPUP online overseas for my mum to make an emergency call it's showing on the status DONE and payment gone through , but she didn't receive the TOPUP , when I try to call them it goes to voicemail and no one answer the call and I've send them an email about my problem they didn't respond at all, it's now three days , they deduct money from the bank and their is no TOPUP , they didn't respond to my email as well, I'm fed up with this online scam,

Don't Waste your time - Shameless Service

Completely Shameless, You pay them your money and their objective is to make you suffer for choosing them. They are completely shameless in there response. No sense of service AT ALL.

If you ask to cancel a order, they will not listen to you and simply ignore you as if you never even said anything.

They think, they are doing you a favour by giving you access to a useless website. I am sure at this rate, in a few months, they will stop existing.

AWFUL, awful `service`.. read on

I have used this company many times on and off for over a year, and yesturday my patience finally flipped with them.

Before you ask , if its so awful why use them for a year
Ill explain.

I usually have credit on my mobile but theres sometimes im out of credit and need to ring a friend, so for that purpose ill log onto skype, as it lets you dial 0800 toll free access numbers, and then use a cheap calling card for that purpose.

I have had many problems with digicalling card, i must have ordered about 10 times from the last year and only 8 of them went smoothly.

They say you get your pin immediatly that is a lie, the first two occasions i bought from them despite entering my full details correctly it took overnight for me to get the pin the next day
the next few times it was okay, and then on the fifth occasion there was a one hour delay, on the 6th it didnt turn up at all till i emailed support, then the 7th and 8th time was okay.

Hower the 9th and 10th times came yesturday, i urgently needed the credit i bought a 1 pound voucher thinking ill use the freephone number via skype, and low and behold the card doesnt have a freephone access number anymore.. i immediatly complained to digi cards saying you should not advertise it with a bloody freephone number if it doesnt use freephone, as youll find many people using this site dont have credit in the first place which is WHY THEY ARE BUYING THE CARD
They told me thats not their problem as its a working pin/ card.

I huffed and gruffed and then bought another card and guess what this pin didnt work at all. Their response? our techincal team are open on monday, email them.

Ugh, and there is no close account section on their site, but i am done with them, ill be buying a 1 pound calling card monthly from my local newsagent.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ..

They don't want to know you once customer ask them about the charges

I asked v connect card customer services about detailed charges( connection fees,handling fees,etc) .The customer services denied any knowledge of charges and told me that they just handle technical issues and this brand is owned by digicallingcards.For any charges/fees related info i need to call digicallingcards.
The Digicalling cards refused to give any information .I have got email which says they don't have any info and i need to contact vconnect.I did tell them that vconnect cs has clearly told me that card is owned by digicallingcards and they are just to sort out technical issues.The digicalling card is hiding something.

I'm bit concerned as last week i bought one card and it had still balance but it become zero with in 3 days without using it.

Buyers be careful as some of their cards just rip you off in charges ( missing info in relation connection fees/daily handling fees,etc once card is activated) in respect to cards owned or managed by digicallingcards.com
