I placed an order for 40 dollars and never received the item .
Total scam! I purchased 2 handmade stained glass wind spinners in December. I didn't recieve the product until now (April) and that was after I emailed and asked about it. It is a piece of acrylic plastic with the picture of the item on it. Not at all what was on the site. Also, I had to pick it up at the Post Office and sign for it because it was flagged because the Post Office said the postage looked counterfeit.
The advertisement is meant to trick you.
The size is about my palm - albeit a small one. It is acrylic!!!! and NOT a piece of decor as you would think. DO NOT BUY!! $40 into the trash.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one deserves it. The product description and images made it look like a solid, quality item, but what I received was just a lightweight piece of plastic that feels extremely cheap. It doesn’t match the expectations they set at all. I feel misled and disappointed — definitely not worth the price. I paid.$33.77 for this item
I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The product looked much higher quality in the photos, but what I received was basically just a cheap piece of plastic. It feels flimsy and not worth the price at all. I honestly feel misled by the description. Definitely not what I expected.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. I too ordered what I thought was a beautiful lantern for Ramadan and received a crappy little plastic with stick on decorations. Don’t order according to their product pictures!
Ordered goods from them, six weeks later I asked for refund and all they keep telling me is “wait, it will arrive”
Avoid at all costs.
It’s a scam
They sent a pice of plastic and charged me double if what the ad item was
I bought the Islamic lantern and it turned out to be a 2D plastic thing that in no way matches the video. I paid 34$ for it. I feel scammed.
I ordered from this website and this is a scam. The order in no way matched the description. The video and pictures were misleading. This is a waste of money and I wish I could give negative starts but unfortunately 1 star is the least
The advertising is misleading and the product I received was not what I saw in the advertisement. In the advert the product looks like a lit up lantern. In reality it was a peace of plastic and nothing like the video and not worth £15. Ensure you always read the small print. I’m not happy with this product and I won’t be buying off this company again. I feel scammed.
You can not trust the quality of the products or the service they offer. For example a 9 planets decor symbolizing 9 planets on the website is 6 cheap glitterballs without working lights in reality They offer 4 euro’s servicefee after proof of the mismatch nad disfunction for a product of almost 40 euro’s.
