Unclear checkout order, but responsive customer service
Received a different type of dog food than the one I thought I ordered at checkout (the cart didn't indicate otherwise). Thus, was quite surprised upon opening the package to have a different bag. So, this appears to be a web design issue whereby the unavailable choice is still able to be selected and paid for.
Fortunately, customer service was willing to respond quickly to my concerns and I will order from them again.
