We have been custumers at DID Electrical Crumlin for over 10 years now. Marcos have been assisting us in the past few times we've been in the store. His Class A customer service and products knowledge are a plus. He was very helpful and attentive to details during all the sale precess. Ordered oven and hob and selected day. Website automatically gave me a different day which was 5 days later.
I rang the clonmel store and spoke to Billy who immediately accommodated me by changing the delivery date for the next day. Have to say it made a big difference as I have a three year old to consider. Thanks Billy 💫

Excellent Customer Service by Owen
