Very helpful & knowledgeable staff, Shannon in Tallaght branch was exceptional, we have kitted out my new house with all electrical appliances all from DID, the Sage Coffee Machine, TV & Dishwasher, all great value, I will be back

Amazing Customer Service - Tallaght Store
I popped into the Tallaght Store on the 7th of April to purchase a Smartwatch.
The store itself was spotlessly tidy and well arranged with a good level of stock. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly, professional & very knowlegable, was attentive without hovering. I don't usually leave reviews but when staff go above and beyond especially in today's climate it should be acknowledged.
Well done DID in Tallaght, It will be my first go to shop for future purchases.

Misleading - Disappointed
This was my first order and I am so disappointed. I needed the item urgently and it was advertised as same day pickup from Tallaght store, however later I was informed that the item is not in the store I ordered for, and need to go here and there on my own expense to collect the item.
