No grill tray handle.

Order and delivery service were perfect, very good communication all 'round.
However, my new cooker came without a handle for the grill tray.
Not sure how to proceed with this important issue, very difficult to grill a rasher and a sausage without a handle.

My experience with DID shop is very positive. Everything went great. Start with order, continuing with fast dispatch and delivery. Last but not least, I got my order perfectly packed and for the best price on the market. I am very satisfied. If I need something to buy, I'll definitely shop with them in the future. I rang in the morning about a compact BBQ and fantastically they held the last one for me …

I rang in the morning about a compact BBQ grill and cooler bag all in one. It's prefect for camping which I do. The person on the phone said they had one left and they said that they would put it away for me. When I got there they actually knew it was me down for the BBQ. The lady who served me at the counter couldn't have been more lovely. Friendly, polite and able to just have a chat in general. Made me feel very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this DID electrical. Although I'm living in the city and actually will drive down to this shop again. The service was 100%. Ann who served me is a brilliant person to deal with. The other lad who knew it was me looking for the BBQ was also excellent. I didn't get his name.

Caitlin was a great help

Caitlin was a great help, she explained everything about the dryer and blender, offered warranty and suggested alternatives to consider. Happy overall with the purchase

​I had a wonderful experience at DID…

​I had a wonderful experience at DID Electrical in Tullamore. I went in looking for vacuum fresheners, and Mandy was absolute perfection! She was extremely polite, helpful, and went out of her way to order them for me from another store. Excellent service and fantastic staff. Thank you, Mandy! Highly recommended!

Very easy to purchase on line

Very easy to purchase on line. I picked up my TV from my local store. The two staff members on the tills were very friendly and I was greeted with a hello and a smile. 😀. My purchase was located and brought to my car in minutes.
A hassle free experience from start to finish.
