I had a great experience at DID in Killarney. Oisín was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the perfect dryer for my apartment. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very efficient, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I'm so glad we have DID in Killarney. Highly recommend both the store and Oisín for excellent customer service!

Alec & Johnny came to install my dishwasher. Thorough, efficient, friendly and really pleasant to deal with. They had the new in and old out with ease. A great service carried out by two great DID employees.

Got today in Kilkenny shop a Shark stain strike pro, buy the way really good product and Tony was very helpful as always as is not my first purchase in store and dealt with him before , but same good customer service all the time.

The member of staff that served us was very helpful and professional. His name was John. We bought several electrical appliances in DID through the years, and quite often going into the store we couldn't find any member of staff on the shopping floor and had to look for somebody to help us to choose what we need. But recently customer service in DID has improved greatly. And our last purchase was made just a couple of days ago. John came up to us as soon as we entered the place and was exceptionally helpful. He saved us a lot of time and helped us make the right choice. He was very polite, professional and couldn't be any more helpful.
