I was in the store 2 days ago and I was struggling until catherine came over and helped me pick out the right hoover and I couldn’t of asked for better customer service

I dealt with Tony today in DID Kilkenny. Tony was very helpful and friendly.

I wanted to buy a microwave. Had a great experience in store. Sales assistant name Troy helped me to select a microwave that I wanted. He is so helpful.

Popped into DID in kilkenny to get a smart watch and Tony was so helpful. Definitely recommend them as all the staff are so helpful.

This was a very easy buying experience. I bought online using Humm interest free credit and collected in store the same day. Collection took barely 3 minutes

Ordered a 1500 phone pre order was told phone would be ready for collection on a date. Recieved a text saying my phone was ready for collection. Called into store no phone was promised call back heard nothing. 3 days later no call called into store said itd be there in 2 days. Same thing again no phone anyway this went on a month after 6 visits to the store i had to settle for a different phone and 50 cash back. Avoid at all cost. Customer service with this company is worst iv ever dealt with in store, emails , phone calls NOTHING

Always a great experience when going into the did electrical Kilkenny. My recent visits I was helped by Catherine, she was very helpful and got me my order in minutes. I was waiting weeks for my order to come in to the store as I ordered online. Each time I rang the store each person I spoke to where helpful and apologetic. The online ordering could do with some work other than that 5 stars.

Just in to pick up a replacement iPad case for my IPad Pro and was quickly assisted by Tony who was very helpful and efficient, pleasant young man to deal with. Thanks
