Wasn’t ready in one hour for collection as per email it was 3 days. Also when I collected no one offered to help lift item to car.

Bought a Braun steam iron today from DID Clearwater Dublin 11. The salesman Patrick was great, good humoured and put me at my easy as I’m not great on ironing! Helped me with recycling my old appliance which is very easy at DID, no hassle at all. All in all a good experience at DID today!

Bought a refurbished laptop from DID electrical website on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday w/ charger included. Incredible speed for shipment and will definitely consider them when ordering tech in the future!

Went in today to purchase a TV and received top quality customer service from staff on hand, given a very comprehensive explanation of differences between each model, and also what was best quality for money. Very impressive!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Gareth in DID Electrical. I wasn’t 100% sure exactly what I needed, as there were two possible items that could have been suitable, and Gareth couldn’t have been more helpful.

He took the time to listen, talk me through the options and make sure I left with what was most likely to work for me. He also specifically made sure I had my receipt safely with me, as he knew there was a possibility I might need to exchange the item for the alternative.

It was such a simple thing, but it showed that he was genuinely thinking ahead and wanted to make sure I was looked after even after I left the store.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful — exactly what great customer service should be. Gareth is a real credit to DID Electrical and made the whole experience so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great knowledge about the product

would highly recommend Mandy in DID Electrical Tullamore. I have dealt with her on many occasions and she is always so friendly, helpful and patient, with excellent knowledge of the products.

Most recently, Mandy helped me choose a new washing machine, Hoover and microwave. She took the time to explain the different options, answered all my questions and made the whole decision-making process so much easier. There was never any pressure to buy — just genuine, knowledgeable advice based on what suited my needs.

It is so reassuring to go into a store knowing there is someone like Mandy there who you can trust to give you good advice. Her friendly manner and excellent customer service are a real credit to DID Electrical Tullamore.
