Microwave nearly exploded
Went in to buy a microwave. Had a specific type in mind. They had one on display. After a five minute walk around the shop trying to locate someone, I eventually came across a guy who checked if it was in stock. It wasn't. He offered to sell me the display model which I thought ok sure it's new what could go wrong. He did not discount it, he did not package it.. nothing. I was going to say it but thought no just go and everything will be alright. Nope. Got home plugged it in and it nearly exploded in the kitchen. Plugged it back out and the wife brought it back in the following day. No apology, just tried to sell another one. Would have shopped here a few times in the past without going to the bigger places HN etc. but lesson absolutely learned... Avoid DID.

Extremely disappointing experience
I have had an extremely disappointing experience trying to complete my order for my new build.
I placed my order during the Black Friday sale, expecting a straightforward process. However, when the scheduled delivery date arrived, nothing was delivered. After contacting your team, I was informed that half of my order could not be located.
To make matters worse, I was then sent ex-display/demo appliances that were scratched and were not the products I had purchased. Throughout this process, my emails were ignored and my phone calls were not returned. When I eventually managed to speak with Michael, the response I received was simply, "whoops," which was completely unacceptable given the scale of the issues.
Arrangements were then made to collect the incorrect appliances and replace them with the correct ones. Your team collected the appliances but failed to deliver the replacements, leaving me without essential items. Once again, I had to repeatedly chase your company before eventually receiving the dishwasher one day and the washing machine the following day.
In addition, I ordered two 65-inch TVs I was later informed that they had not been included because someone had forgotten to add the quantity to the invoice. I was told over two weeks ago that I would receive a payment link so the TVs could be dispatched. Despite numerous follow-ups, I am still waiting.
I am also due a voucher from my original order, which I have repeatedly requested but have yet to receive any meaningful response about.
Having spent thousands of euro furnishing my new home, I am genuinely shocked by the level of customer service I have experienced. Building a house is stressful enough without having to constantly chase a supplier simply to receive the products that have already been ordered and paid for.
My biggest concern now is what would happen if I ever needed to make a warranty claim. If the after-sales support is anything like the sales process, I have very little confidence it would be handled efficiently.
Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the service I have received, I would not recommend purchasing a large order from your company. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service, as no customer spending this level of money should have to endure such poor communication, repeated mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability.

We had a “tricky” period when we waited for an email to come and collect the ordered item! Eventually, I phoned the local store and was told they were waiting for the item,as I had ordered online! Phoning the online, I was informed it was ready for collection!!at the local store…..!
