Absolutely shocking I'll never buy from…

Absolutely shocking I'll never buy from them again told after paying that my goods would be in store in 3 days ( went 3 times and kept getting fobbed off, then told we'll deliver them to your home, only 1 arrived after waiting 10 days bought on the 27th of June) then phoned the store to be passed around for over half an hour to 3 different people and told they're in our store if you'd like to collect them... When I told them it's a round trip of 2 hours! Absolute Joke! AVOID there's plenty of other places that more competent!

Very pleasant assisant,professional,explained everything clearly about the machine.
Very reassuring and confident sales person.
I wouls come back here again and recommend this store.

Sam (at Lucan DID) was very helpful and informative in assisting me understand and choose the oven and hob most suitable for us -- many thanks.

And Gar who later fitted the appliances was very agreeable and professional in doing this so cleanly and swiftly with good humour -- much appreciated.
