Owen was excellent

Owen was excellent!
Knew exactly what I wanted before I did and even more impressive the hob arrived at 8am this morning and up and running ….exactly as he’d said it would. Well deserved 5 stars for customer service and installation. I would 100% recommend.

bad click and collect

I used the click and collect. The next day, I kept checking the order status of my purchase and it kept saying it wasn't ready. I rang the shop at the end of the day and staff confirmed the order was actually ready. I had to ring the shop a couple of times. The shop was nearly closed by then so I had to wait another day for my order. I was hoping the click & collect option would be better. It was annoying that the system said it wasn't ready & I had to chase the shop to tell me I could collect it.

As always, the store personnel are very friendly and helpful and quick! Took me 5 mins in store yo order my new fridge freezer and it will be delivered and installed in 3 days time! As Baorat would say - "great success"!
