I want to express my concern and…

I want to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the significant delay in receiving my ring after returning it for a size exchange. I returned the ring over a month ago, and I still have not received it; this delay is unacceptable, and I have received no clear update regarding the status of my order.

Diamondsfactory does not know, where did they send my 8000€ ring.

I placed an order for a ring in early July, specifying size 20. I received the ring approximately one month later, but it was delivered in size 21. I have photographic proof of this discrepancy.

I immediately contacted Diamonds Factory to report the issue. Your team informed me that the ring was indeed the correct size, and that I should return it for resizing, including a note with the correct return address. We also agreed that I would receive confirmation from you that the ring was size 20 after the resizing.

Unfortunately, weeks and then months passed without any update. Despite my repeated calls and emails, I received no response. Eventually, I was informed that a new order had been created for the correct size. However, the delivery address for this new order was not the one I had clearly specified in the return package but instead the original address from the first order.

When I received this information, I immediately sent you the correct delivery address again by email. I also managed to confirm the change over the phone with your team, which reassured me.

However, weeks later I received a DHL tracking number for the delivery. According to DHL, the package has been marked as delivered, but it was not received by me, nor was it delivered to the requested address.

Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to contact Diamonds Factory by phone and email, but I have received no response. The ring, valued at €8,000, is currently missing, and neither I nor DHL know where it is or who collected it.

Additionally, I must point out that to this day, Diamonds Factory has not provided any proof that the original ring was the correct size, despite this being promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Diamonds Factory to anyone – what should have been a beautiful and memorable moment has turned into a nightmare very quickly.
