Ordered a replacement engagement ring for one I lost years ago, absolutely beautiful ring, well priced, excellent quality , arrived when they said it would, sent by special delivery so able to track delivery, totally recommend.

To be totally honest ' this is my second experience of buying diamonds on line ' and it's still scary ! There are do many fraud online sites out there , But DJU had all the right markers in place to look out for . The selection for the right item was effortlessly easy ' and loads of items to view, also the safe transaction was reassuring. The quality of the diamond earrings I bought was a fantastic bargain, came with all the right paperwork and home insurance certificate of grade and price .A big thankyou DJU .

I am extremely disappointed with this company and would strongly warn others to think twice before buying.

I purchased what was advertised as a new 1-carat diamond ring, supplied with a certificate stating its age and quality. However, after having the ring examined by three independent jewellers, all of them informed me that the diamond appears to be old and not consistent with what is stated on the certificate.

When I raised these serious concerns with the company, instead of investigating or offering a reasonable resolution, they outright refused a refund. No meaningful explanation, no accountability, and no customer care.

This has left me stuck with an expensive item that multiple professionals believe is not accurately represented. For a purchase of this value, I expected honesty, transparency, and after-sales support — I received none of those.

Buying jewellery should be a special and trustworthy experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been the opposite. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
