My experience in the diamond furniture was excellent I went in to purchase a small recliner but wanted it covered in a different material the sales assistant Mike Higgins went through all the different colours and material that would suit my needs and was very patient with me while I made up my mind
I would highly recommend given this store a visit if you are looking for a sofa or beds

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. We purchased a dining table and chairs at a very high price point and were left waiting five months for delivery. When the furniture finally arrived, it was damaged and of shockingly poor quality—completely below what was promised or expected.

What followed was even worse. After months of repeated calls and emails, the company consistently refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution, including a refund. The level of customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly unacceptable.

For a company charging premium prices, this felt like nothing short of a complete rip-off. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business entirely. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—this was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.

Great experience, support and advice from Mike in helping us customise our furniture purchase. Also great CGI technology to see the finished product. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant experience buying our table and chairs. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Mike was extremely helpful towards us and gave us time and space to make up our minds. He was very professional and gave us all our options. We bought a fab table and chairs with extra extension pieces for our growing family. Thanks guys!

The staff we're really helpful and although we haven't received our order yet, I'm confident it will arrive in the timescale that we were told today. Also as we don't have a sofa until our new one arrives, the company will lend us a sofa, which is a great service for them to offer to provide to customers 😀

I had a great experience while looking for new furniture at Diamond Furniture. Their products are gorgeous, but what really stood out was how personal and welcoming the whole shopping experience felt. I had a few doubts and visited the showroom several times, and everyone was always patient and helpful.

Eve was especially lovely — she guided me through my final decisions and made placing the order so easy. I can’t wait to receive my new sofa and footstool, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to choose the rest of the pieces for my apartment.

Highly recommend diamond furniture if your looking for good quality furniture.showroom is best you will see in Dublin to the layout and set up my Mike Higgins looked after his attention to detail and customer service second to none made the whole process so easy we will be back

I needed a large item with two days notice and they happily fulfilled my order. I had it the next day at 7.30 am. Amazing. Brilliant service.i also got a last minute discount when a second person reviewed my order. Highly recommend.
