First contacted Diamond Brothers through their Snapchat about a watch they had advertised, which I was then contacted through WhatsApp so that I could be sent more photos and a video. Their professional opinion and advice was purely for my benefit and I did not feel pressured into making any deals. I opted for the platinum yachtmaster, which was serviced and polished before posting. The watch is a beautiful piece for the price tag, and the experience was very relaxed. I would recommend anyone buy a watch from Diamond Brothers as their level of service and respect for me was top tier, and this was all through online and phone calls, so I can only imagine what they would be like for a walk in customer. Thank you guys, it’s been a pleasure.

Fantastic service from both Ben & Charlie in their new beautiful store. The range of stock they have is incredible, and for a very central location in the heart of London, it still felt extremely relaxed and peaceful, allowing me to have a wonderful experience purchasing my first luxury watch.

Diamond brothers is without a doubt my favourite jewellers in London they’ve helped me build my collection over the years and every time I visit I have a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next purchase.

It’s truly special what the diamond brothers have achieved. I bought my first Rolex from them in a tiny little store in Hatton Garden. It was a very high level top tier experience and I knew they’d go far…their customer service, patience and above all their knowledge of the market is second to none.
From there…I knew they’d be successful and now they’re on Bond Street!
