Ordering on the website is extremely easy, products are well displayed. Shipping time to the USA is very fast.

I ordered the Equipe '75 SW Heritage. They look awesome and fit well but they arrived damaged. One of the leather ghillies at the tie site was ripped open. Inside of the damaged shoe was a kleenex with blood on it (looked like a nosebleed rag)! I tried to contact customer service via the website, the contact form would not go through and the phone number wouldn't work. Now I need to return this shoe without even talking to someone about this gross situation. This shoe was not made in Italy, it was made in Vietnam. This was my first experience with this company and I'm not thrilled.

A little bit of work to set up account. Didn't like the fact they charge 7$ to return an item (shorts that are different sized) that is brand new and not a right size. Makes me not want to order from them. Love the shoes.

Don't let the 'lower-tier' label fool you; these are stylish and built to last. I loved the look and feel so much that I grabbed three different colorways.

The purchase experience and delivery were excellent. I was informed of each step of the process, and the delivery was prompt. The shoe I received was amazing in every way with the exception of the arch not being quite right for my feet. Filling out the request for return was simple and easy to complete.

Im very satisfied with the quality of the shoes I ordered. The shipping took a while about 10 days or so. Although I'm pretty impatient. I liked all the update that were given for shipping. Lastly there were a little scuffs on the shoes I ordered, which is a little disappointing. I'm excited to break the shoes in, thank you so much diadorra team.

Have purchased many Diadora trainers in the past but never direct. I buy trainers and indeed clothes from Adidas almost weekly and their service is fantasic. Surely buying direct from the manufacturer is the way to go right, what could go wrong?

Placed my order on 02/01 and at time of order the website clearly states delivery in 3-5 days. Well it's now 07/01 and I haven't even had a dispatch notification.

Filled out the form in the "contact us" section on their website but when you click send, nothing happens.

Finally spoke to someone who couldn't have sounded more disinterested if he tried and I was informed my order hasn't even been packaged. When I challenged him that the time scale for delivery is 3-5 days, he said "yeah that's after it's been shipped".......what a lovely get out of jail free card that is. Absolutely false and misleading delivery information at time of order if that's the case then. What kind of company tells a customer 3-5 days for delivery but omits the fact that clock doesn't start ticking until they send it out? Going by that logic, it could be weeks before I get my order.

The most egregious thing? I was charged £20 for delivery.....£20 for one pair of trainers. How on earth can that be justified?!

Terrible service and disgusting delivery charges. Will never purchase another Diadora product again.

It is about time that I found trainers in size 5.5 and I love it so comfortable it is perfect size! It is very rare that I see 5.5 in trainer that I really liked & wanted to buy. Better quality than other brands I will continue to buy this shop again, not other brands cos they don’t last longer

Beautifully made, stylish and comfortable sneakers. These are my first pair of Diadora sneakers and they will not be my last.

I purchased two shoes and been wearing them for 3 months now. With all honesty, the best tennis/pickleball shoes I’ve ever had. No regret purchasing them and already planning to get more.

I own nearly every version of the Camaro line of sneakers. Great quality and comfort. Highly recommended.

Crazy expensive shipping prices. Almost as much as the item. Took nearly a week to arrive from a regular delivery company.
Absolutely no reason for it to be so overpriced.
