High value goods delivered to the wrong address!!!!! So the photo of the delivery is of another person at a different address. So much for having to wait in to sign for the goods. Truly shocking.

The delivery guy was friendly & helpful - I’d asked for the parcel to be left in my porch & the outer door closed - BUT the box was too big & wouldn’t get past the door - we laughed about this - luckily I was home - all in all a good experience 😁

Was told we had to sign for the parcel…
Was told we had to sign for the parcel but it was just left. We were in as I both saw and spoke to the driver as he was about to leave. He didn't knock on the door which isn't good practice as I could be saying it never arrived

Absolutely unacceptable service
Absolutely unacceptable service. This is the second delivery I’ve had within the last seven days, and on both occasions my parcel has simply been left on the front step without any attempt to knock on the door.
My delivery instructions clearly state that parcels should be left in the porch by the side door, which is approximately one metre from the front door. These instructions are neither complicated nor difficult to follow. I would appreciate it if the driver could make the effort to follow them in future rather than leaving my parcels unsecured and in full view.
