I had a dental cleaning here on 9/25/24. My insurance fully paid the claim (confirmed with an EOB and by phone, including check #578166588 sent to the provider). Despite this, the office has repeatedly claimed they never received payment and has now sent me to collections for $113 that I do not owe. My insurance has confirmed I owe $0. Very frustrating and stressful experience dealing with billing here.
