DFS Furniture - Waterlooville Reviews 

Bought two of two sweater settees a year ago but although protected them well noticed a wear patch on the right corner of the back rest, all are recliners but apparently told every time you recline you need to align the right from left seater although connected, had a DFS visit to view today to look at the wear patch apparently not covered under warranty! Advised to contact Guardsman which warranty we were advised to take out! Don’t believe the DFS warranty is any good, always bought from them this is the third settee however not again. Don’t believe the sales

Went to DFS Waterlooville today to buy a new corner suite and Myles could not have been anymore helpful in explaining all our options including guarantees care package and delivery.Very happy with the customer service and our purchase. Also a large choice of lounge furniture in the store.

The sales team were very helpful - they were not pushy but answered my questions in a straightforward manner. I liked the fact that when we returned for a second time in the afternoon, the young man allowed the first person we saw in the morning to close the sale. I also liked the set up of the furniture we went to view as it led to us buying one of their armchairs. We could see how well it all went together. Altogether, a pleasant couple of visits and successful outcome.

The salesperson in store was so lovely and patient. She really took her time to make sure we got what we needed for our house move. The financng options were very helpful and the overall customer service was great.

We were met by Steve but not straight away as what normally happens but he was friendly helpful and knowledgeable by guiding us to see the furniture we were after as it wasn’t at the branch we visited so went to Hedge End to try out the one we were after and returned to see him but unfortunately he was busy so Toby helped us with our purchase and put no pressure on us with what we wanted so 10 out of 10 to both of them.
