We were very welcomed, there is no hard selling, the experience is totally about what your needs are for your furniture.. we were supported by Lily, she has expert knowledge , she was super patient with us and we were very comfortable and happy with the whole experience. This is about purchasing our sofas not delivery when it happens or aftersales service, if it's unfortunately needed. However, saying that the sales staff when we went to look at their stock were helpful and informative. The staff member that actually dealt with us when we went to buy the sofas was extremely professional, helpful and never rushed us at all.

I visited the Torquay store twice on…
I visited the Torquay store twice on the first occasion I saw a very helpful lady called Alison she was very helpful showing me a sofa which I hadn’t considered but had all the elements I was looking for I went home to measure my room and think about it, on my second visit I saw a different lady called lily she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and help me complete my purchase I am very grateful to both ladies for their help .

Excellent from start to finish
Let me know if and when their help was needed.
Which was after viewing and then purchasing a sofa and chair.
It was an easy process conducted in a nice atmosphere.
The place itself is full of light and clean, and the furniture well laid out. Also, being out of town makes it no problem finding a parking space.
Altogether a nice expierance from staff and shop.

Order for sofas online and at DFS Torquay
It was easy to order the sofas online but I wasn't sure how the discount was applied hence the 4 stars and not 5.
