Understood what we needed as a family.

The young lady was very helpful and polite didn't try to push extra things onto us and we received a warm welcome when arrived at store

A smooth transition from start to finish. Everything was explained without pressure and the optional extras were good value. We were advised on how to care and clean the sofas we purchased

Having bought from DFS many times we were not disappointed again this time. The staff were exceptionally helpful, didn’t pester you but on hand to answer any questions/queries. We were left to wonder around before making our choice and everything we needed to know about our purchase was explained in great detail. Chloe, Sue and Ella were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and it was near to closing time but we still were able to take our time, thank you girls!
The transaction was very smooth and an unexpected surprise that our sofa was on an ‘express delivery’ which meant we would be receiving it in a week or a little over, amazing!! Top marks!!

Well we had a three seater settee, but I find it very odd with the price of delivery is what it is. We only live round the corner from the store and someone else will pay the same even if they live miles away. But the service we had was good in telling us about the goods we have brought.

After much looking and comparing I had decided to replace my Freya sofa with an identical one, in the same colour. Sarah was so helpful, she guided me through the screens quickly and efficiently. Sarah went over the finance and protection options professionally whilst still retaining her warm and friendly personality. I really don't like shopping and Sarah turned my visit into an enjoyable experience.

We had excellent support and guidance when selecting our Stowen range of furniture. Staff were very helpful about the various leather options and guidance on keeping the suite in tip top order!

We were given time to look around at all the furniture without interference and only when we had made our mind up which product we wanted did the salesperson come and guide us through the purchase.
