My experience was very easy and no pressure to buy. We was allowed to view all the sofas without being hassled. Once we had seen a sofa we liked we approached a sales advisor called Kirsty, she answered all our questions and guided us through the sale with ease. She made the whole experience very relaxed and I would highly recommend the store and her to anyone.

Great customer service from the team here.
I bought a lovely sofa suite from David and the team here last week. I wanted something straight away, so they showed me what stock was for immediate purchase. I am happy with my choice, and every interaction with the team has been friendly, helpful and sensitive to my needs. I moved out of a furnished house and into an unfurnished, so I needed to buy everything in a hurry, I wish all the other purchases were as straight forward! Thanks guys.
