Buying a sofa & two chairs
Hi , Many thanks to Mark who guided us through choosing the sofa and chairs. Mark was very polite and professional in the way we were treated, We were not pushed in any way in making a decision in the products we decided on.

My complaint wasn’t a fault it was poor craftsmanship!!
Definition - oor craftsmanship on a sofa bed is a common issue, often manifesting as uncomfortable sleeping surfaces, broken mechanisms, and sagging frames, frequently found in mass-produced or lower-cost furniture. Key indicators of poor quality include flimsy materials like particleboard, uneven stitching, and weak joints that creak or wobble
Mattress and Cushion Issues: Extremely thin, uncomfortable mattresses (often with springs that can be felt) and rapidly sagging
Which is exactly the issue! Terrible quality and workmanship. This sofa bed is unusable, I’ve barely used it and not even 2 years old!!!

To confirm your complaint has been reviewed on every review that has been brought to our attention and I am afraid our stance on this particular issue will remain the same. As your items do come with certain warranties when a fault is highlighted our service engineers will aim for a first touch resolution every time. Our service engineers are upholstered by trade and all repairs are done to a factory standard. We would always repair if a fault is found but unfortunately on this occasion no manufacturing fault was found with your furniture so, we are unable to assist you further.
