Came to measham store today, was greeted by pete. Lovely friendly chap, no hard pressure. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Could nt fault him.

Whole experience was relaxed and pleasant - after initial greeting, we were left to wander around at our leisure, being supplied with a tape measure when one was requested. Upon making a decision, assistance was sought and all our queries were dealt with confidently and straight forwardly, resulting in an order being placed without pressure or “hard-selling” . Well done!!!!

Nothing but trouble. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from DFS. 8 months in and I still don’t have what I paid for. They supplied the sofa with some feet that were taller than others making it wonky. After 2 lots of incorrect feet being posted out and them sending a guy out who told me he couldn’t fit any of them anyway we found that the lift up foot mechanism had broken from being wonky. They agreed to replace the whole order as the foot stall we ordered was also broken on delivery. We’ve just had the replacement delivered and the foot stall is fine now but they have changed the sofa. It now comes with sewn on cushions which I would never choose. It’s not practical for cleaning at all! So we still don’t have what we ordered and no idea where to go from here. Customer service has been dreadful.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Friday. Expertly assembled and sitting on out two new sofas by midday. What’s not to like

Tom was pleasant to deal with and the ordering process was pretty straight forward.

We were given time to look through the store and decide for ourselves what we wanted. When we did have questions the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the products. You didn't feel pressured to buy anything.

The staff Pete Measham store was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we left the store happy he made several calls and attempts to source the suite that we required finding an failed delivery to a customer that was unable to accept due to delivery issues in Haverfordwest arranging for it to be delivered to Tamworth at a discounted rate most pleasant and helpful person even the cleaner took time to chat whilst we were waiting for Pete to do his things
