The Scottish salesperson sorry I have forgotten his name greeted us introduced his name and told us to take as long as we wanted and wouldn’t bother us which he did which we liked after picking what we wanted to buy he was very helpful and went through all we needed to know which made it a very pleasant experience thank you 15 July 26

Staff were lovely
Staff were lovely. It took me a while to choose a sofa but I went back 2 weeks after my last visit to order, rather than online, as the staff were so helpful.
