Friendly
Friendly , professional sales person. No pressure and given time to make our choice. We visited the store to look at the large choice of sofas. Checking out comfort and quality. No one hassled us and only engaged with us once we were ready. Obviously we were greeted on our initial entrance, and told to take our time and ask for help if needed. A very relaxed atmosphere in the store.

Excellent customer service. Polite and professional. Explained pricing and options clearly. Complimentary coffee much appreciated. Staff knowledgeable about products for sale and in turn provides a much better decision making process compared with buying online.
