Excellent customer experience. Mike was was very efficient and helpful. The whole process went very smoothly. Mike's explanations re. my order, any add ons, delivery, payments, etc were clear and concise. He made sure to double check my order with his colleague. Very reassuring.

Beautiful sofa and easy process to order it. Elle was great and had I only dealt with her this would have resulted in 5 stars, however another girl dealt with me initially (unknown name), her customer service style is not suited to working in a furniture store so I've knocked a star off.

The shop was warm, smelt amazing and so clean. Little Josh was really understanding and talked us through all of our options.

Josh was a pleasure to purchase our sofa with, supportive, no pressure and whole process easy.

We didn't know what we wanted when we walked in but wasn't hounded by the staff but just greeted with a hello and a smile. We found the perfect suite for us and the young lady that helped us was absolutely amazing in helping us choose the right fabric, telling us all about the cleaning of it and the difference between the seat cushions. Was a brilliant experience and we bought everything we wanted.
