Brought 2 sofas today and the sales assistant Megan was bright and cheerful and deal with our order efficiently did have a bit of a blip with the order receipt from head office email stated wrong colour so went back saw Megan again and herself and Charlene double checked my order and put my mind at rest as they had it correct

The salesman was very helpful without being too pushing

I bought a pair of sofas at the back end of 2024 from the Peterborough store and I've had nothing but lies and hassle from them.

I called yesterday to see why my replacement sofa hadn't been delivered yet, and I was advised that there was no trace of a replacement been ordered.

Fast forward to today, and I received a call from Matt at the King's Lynn store who called up to see what the problem was as it had been passed down to him.

Matt listened to the problem I had encountered from Day 1 with the Peterborough store, he called WS up who are the delivery company they admitted straight off that they had knowledge of the issue, and Matt had this all sorted within 50 minutes exactly.

Matt is a credit to the DFS brand and I would strongly recommend the kings Lynn store to anyone looking for a new sofa, ask for Matt.

We could browse without feeling pressured to buy. When we wanted help they were there and answered all our questions, nothing was too much bother.

After a 12 week wait, a bed settee arrived which had been an ex showroom display. I ordered the sofa care protection, it was dragged along the lorry, then it had stains on the arm and a stain along the side.
I ordered another Layla sofa which should have been identical but was a completely different colour and material, then given the runaround by customer support.
Do not buy from DFS

Good selection of power recliner chairs and sofas, and great quality. Was approached by a polite and helpful salesman who offered guidance and explained offers available. Was not under any pressure and it was an enjoyable shopping experience, which resulted in our purchases.

We were met with Charley today in our kings Lynn store, who was very friendly, professional and had great knowledge of all the sofas. Charley Was very patient with explaining all the offers, fabrics ect on all 3 of the sofas we interested in. Over all we were very happy to make the purchase after the excellent service we received.
