We recently purchased a Lucius corner power sofa and matching console unit from the DFS Kettering store, and the whole experience was very positive.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure to buy. When we had questions about the different options, fabrics and care plans, everything was explained clearly so we could make an informed decision.

The ordering process was straightforward, and we received all of the paperwork and order confirmation promptly. We're now looking forward to our delivery and have been kept updated on the progress of our order.

My experience was ok but the time it takes to deliver is too long a time

Had a wonderful experience. The prompt support from staff immediately we came in. The staff that attended to us was helpful. Her explanation was impeccable.

Great customer service, listened to what I wanted and showed me ranges that could meet the measurements that I needed. Even with restricted measurement I still had choice of a few styles and good colour choice. I wasn’t pushed to take the extras but talked through them and payment difference made clear. Nice no pressure sale. I can’t wait for my new sofas to arrive.
