Customer service was excellent. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped my mum make a very solid decision about the sofa bed she wanted. He explained everything to her, including me so I was able to reiterate things.

Lovely furniture, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff.
Staff were very nice and welcoming. Helped with everything I needed and getting my new sofa ordered. Explained and went through everything I could add and change.
Had a big range of sofas to look at so that you could see different ones in different colours and I found the one I was looking for online and in person it looked even better
I spoken and went through everything with one of the girls that worked there and sorted everything out for me and she was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to others to come to this DFS.
