Aaron was just fantastic, so patient and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Found exactly what we were looking for and the staff member (Daniel) who assisted was extremely helpful. He advised on a variety of additional services, without any unwanted sales pressure and talked us through all the details along with answering all our questions - which all rounded up, made our visit, and subsequent purchase a pleasure.

Tommy was our sales representative. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a great new asset to DFS.

Good clean layout easy to navigate round. Friendly but professional service by Mat who gave clear explanation of the items we were interested in. This included care of the item delivery options payment options etc. No pressure just a relaxed and comfortable chat giving plenty of opportunity to ask questions
