We were allowed to browse without hindrance and easily found a sales representative when ready to purchase. Carrie was very helpful and patient and there was no sense of being rushed despite the fact that the showroom was quite busy. 5 star service from start to finish! Carrie = Superstar
We went in to browse and ended up buying a new sofa :D We spent the best part of 45 minutes with a member or staff at the Cheltenham store called Carrie who was nothing short of amazing! Carrie was so knowledgeable, kind and excelled in every single aspect. We felt like royalty buying a new sofa! :)
Carrie made us aware that in fact it’s only been 2 months since starting her position and I thought the complete opposite, her attitude and skills talking to customers you would think Carrie had been there for years!
Fantastic start to the weekend. Can’t wait for the next 11 weeks to fly by and sit on our new sofa!

We were served by Carrie who was extremely friendly and took time to understand our requirements, despite only being in the job for a month Carrie knew the products and options well and was able to advise on our decisions.
