Excellent service at Cheltenham
We had visited before for a look and returned a few days later for the purchase. The store staff remembered us and we made our purchase without any hassle. Sadly I did not notice our member of staff's name, but I can highly recommend her as she listened to our needs.

Fantastic experience buying a sofa
I purchased a sofa today. I already had an idea of what I wanted. We had a gentleman approach us about what we were looking for. He was fantastic start to finish. He wasnt to pushy which is what would have put me off as I already pretty much knew what I wanted. Great experience all round. I dont remember his name but I purchased a Ravina Sofa at 1.15pm on 7th June in Cheltenham so that should narrow it down.

Very pleased with the customer service I received when purchasing my new sofa. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I walked in with a sofa in mind and completed my purchase within 20 minutes.
